Help Desk Support Operator £7,600p.a. 20 hours per week - Doncaster

This role is an opportunity to join a help desk team working closely with other members of the UK Customer Services Department.

Typical duties will include;
Providing customers with accurate and timely information regarding order summaries and back order in- stock dates, and providing other substitute information where applicable,
Providing a suitable response regarding order status, delivery dates, pricing queries and arranging product returns and credits,
Preparing all associated paperwork including goods returns notes and credit requests in consultation with the finance Credit Control Team.

The successful candidate will have experience in a customer service environment or in a similar customer facing role. The ability to communicate concisely and confidently via e- mail, telephone and face-to-face is essential.

Computer literacy, the ability to work well under pressure and a genuine desire to help people is also essential.
