The Company

Your key responsibilities will include carrying a busy caseload of children with disabilities, to establish action plans based on the assessed needs of the children, to carry out regular reviews of individual plans, to provide detailed statutory reviews, to carry out initial assessments, core assessments, and positively promote life changes to children and their families to positively promote their welfare.
